Want to get into shape this summer for real? Then burst training may be the perfect fit for you.
Exercise doesn't have to be long and vigorous. Research has shown that the same exercises over time are not good for the body due to adaptation. The body adapts and burns less calories as muscle memory remembers all the movements. Let Burst traning take you to the next level. The best part is that Burst Training only requires 10 - 20 minutes. This makes it easy to fit into any schedule.

Schedule will be Monday's @ 12pm, Wednesday @ 12pm, Friday @ 12pm , and Saturday's at 10am.
